Happy 4th of July, everyone! It’s time to celebrate America’s birthday with a bang! Whether you’re throwing a party or just enjoying some time with friends and family, sparklers and glow sticks are the perfect way to light up the night. But with so many people holding them at once, it can be hard to keep track of them all. That’s why I’ve come up with a fun and patriotic solution: a free printable sparkler/glow stick holder!

Here’s what you’ll need:

How to make the sparkler/glow stick holder

Instructions:

  1. Download and then print out the sparkler/glow stick holder template on cardstock paper.
  2. Cut out the template.
  3. Use your craft knife to cut on the two thin lines in the middle of the template (Make sure you do this on a cutting mat or piece of cardboard to protect your table)
  4. Insert the sparkler or glow stick into the slits.
  5. You can use a piece of tape on the back of the holder to secure the sparklers or glow sticks if they want to slide out.
  6. Repeat steps 3-5 for as many holders as you need.

Now you’re ready to light up the night! These holders are not only functional, but they’re also super cute and patriotic. You can even customize them by adding your own decorations, like stickers or glitter.

But the fun doesn’t have to stop there! Here are some ideas for how to use your sparkler/glow stick holders:

  • Set them out on a table for guests to grab as they arrive.
  • Use them as table decorations by placing them in a jar or vase filled with sand.
  • Attach them to a string of lights with clothespins to create a festive garland.
  • Give them as party favors for your guests to take home.
